Good Business Management Systems are required by the supply chain to win work in major projects, including government, larger private tenders, the Resources or Defence sector and large buyer groups. It’s all about showing your competency in managing your part of the supply chain in an increased risk profile of your key target “proponent” or buyer.
As many Sunshine Coast businesses now know, if they want a piece of the action in Government tenders or larger supply chains, having formalised management systems for quality, safety and environmental management is a must.
Council has organised a one-day interactive business management workshop which will not only show you how to write your business management systems but you will actually go a long way to develop the systems that work for your business as part of the workshop.
Facilitator Rob Tomlinson, who is director of Incremental Improvements Australia, said the workshop will cover Quality, Environment and OH&S Management Systems.
“Just bring a laptop and charger to start writing your management systems with my assistance, right there and then."
